Corneal layer thickness in keratoconus using optical coherence tomography.

CCT can accurately distinguish keratoconus from normal eyes. However, central corneal stromal thinning was the most sensitive diagnostic index for early detection of SKCN. Developing standardized stromal maps may be helpful for detecting SKCN.
