confocal microscopy are useful technologies for imaging the ocular surface. Several studies have used artificial intelligence in combination with imaging technologies to create reliable and effective systems to detect and visualize ocular surface pathologies. AS OCT continues to be a key imaging tool and future development of μOCT technology may further enhance its utility.
