Greater uncoupling and lower systolic and diastolic slopes were observed in BAV patients compared with healthy controls, suggesting presence of altered LV cardiomechanics. Moreover, lower ESslope was associated with clinical events, highlighting the strain-volume loop's potential as prognostic marker.
