We observed a significant OCD traits rate at baseline, moreover among men. Females showed a more significant improvement in OCD traits at T1. OBT-A confirmed its high efficacy on CM, with a migraine severity improvement in both genders and all the OCI-R classes. Psychological attitude in the management of migraine should be better investigated in future studies.
