Cutaneous leiomyosarcoma: dermal and subcutaneous.

Dermal leiomyosarcoma have an excellent prognosis, particularly after definitive surgical excision with margins of at least 10 mm. Subcutaneous leiomyosarcoma has poorer outcomes and should be managed by wider excision and considered for adjuvant radiotherapy.
