That the secondary bladder calculus were smashed by intense pulse mode of holmium laser, and the bladder tissue around the attached IUD was opened by cutting mode of holmium laser, and finally the IUD was completely removed from urethra, this surgical method is safe and effective, and there is no case report on IUD removal of transurethral cystoscope in the literature.
