Cardiac function in pemphigus vulgaris patients before and after steroid pulse therapy.

The steroid pulse therapy may associate with the progression of cardiac dysfunction in pemphigus patients. GLS, as a predictor, may be a valuable marker of cardiac subclinical dysfunction in this condition.
