[Reporting of Nursing Care Preventing Surgical Site Infection in Colorectal Cancer Patients with Omaha System].

Turkish-Nightingale Notes (T-NN) program was sufficient to describe the nursing care process for CAE in colorectal surgery patients. T-NN program could be used by infection control nurses. It was suggested that the program be used in different units and with different problems and samples. These efforts can provide the opportunity to use common language in nursing, to base evidence of nursing practices and to reveal the value of nursing care.
