A negative exponential pattern in the DSA contrast clearance of the CaW pocket was observed. There were no morphological or clinical features clearly associated with the duration of contrast stagnation on DSA. The hemodynamic disruption caused by CaW and its thrombotic risk may not be appropriately measured by contrast stagnation time.
