Comparative Study for Osteosynthesis of Femoral Neck Fractures: Cannulated Screws versus Femoral Neck System.

A shorter operative time, less intraoperative bleeding, and less irritation of soft tissue were observed in the FNS group. FNS could be an alternative to CS for fixation of femoral neck fractures.
