The concordance of medial femoral condylar chondromalacia, particularly striations, noted during arthroscopy and posteromedial tibial marrow edema on MRI with or without direct evidence of posterior meniscocapsular pathology should increase suspicion for the presence of a ramp lesion in adolescents undergoing ACL reconstruction.
