Does the Surgical Margin Affect Sexual Function Following Linear Labiaplasty Technique?

The sexual function of the patients was better when the width of the labium was longer than 1 cm. This may possibly be due to better protection of the neurovascular structures. This favourable effect was also seen in the subjective evaluation of the partners.
