Bibliometric analysis of original scientific publications from the Instituto Nacional de Salud del Perú from 1998 to 2018.

In the last two decades, the contribution of the INS was focused on infectious diseases. On the other hand, it is required to strengthen the productivity indexes of INS authors, as well as consolidating the new thematic lines that they have developed in the last decade. This effort will allow the INS to improve its function as a public research institute.
