Scapholunate Ligament Rupture and Coincident Fracture Proximal Pole Scaphoid Presenting Late with Osteonecrosis: A Rare Case Report with Unique Management.

Meticulous understanding and algorithmic itemwise approach of injury components can lead to optimal management of complex unstable wrist injuries such as scapholunate dissociation. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on excision of proximal pole of scaphoid coupled with scapholunate ligament reconstruction.
