[Collis gastroplasty in surgical treatment of hiatal hernia].

In case of shortening of the esophagus, surgery should include Collis gastroplasty. This effective and safe procedure does not impair treatment outcomes. Indications and optimal technique of Collis gastroplasty require clarification and further research.
