The established method is specific,rapid,accurate and sensitive,and is proved to meet the requirements of biological sample analyses,and is suitable for the concentration determination of protocatechuic acid, kaempferol biotin glucoside and quercitrin in rat plasma, three compounds are all best fitted to the two-compartment open pharmacokinetic model.
