A young boy with a rare tumor presenting as an upper gastrointestinal bleed.

We describe an interesting upper gastrointestinal endoscopy image of a mass seen in the stomach of a 19-year-old boy who presented to us with an upper gastrointestinal bleed without any history of pain or illness in the past and was diagnosed as a primitive neuroectodermal tumor or Ewing's sarcoma of the stomach.
