Polymorphisms in angiogenesis, immune tolerance and thrombophilia pathway genes, which occur independently or synergistically, may lead to various complications during fetal development. Identification of multiallele risk variants and epigenetic factors in women shall be helpful in identification of high risk pregnancies.
