Early-life famine exposure and rheumatoid arthritis in Chinese adult populations: a retrospective cohort study.

Exposure to the Great Chinese Famine in early life after birth especially in infancy may be associated with a higher risk of RA in adulthood. Strengthening early-life nutrition could be an implication to prevent future RA.
