In conclusion MT, GCLT, and IPLT thickness were thinner in MS patients, regardless of optic neuritis. The AUROC values of GCLT/MT were high and GCLT/MT ratio may be a helpful modality in demonstrating retinal neurodegeneration in MS patients.
