Chimney endovascular aortic repair is a viable salvage technique in a paravisceral pseudoaneurysm secondary to acute on chronic pancreatitis.

Ch-EVAR may present a viable temporizing or definitive therapeutic treatment option for a paravisceral pseudoaneurysm, particularly in the setting of acute pancreatitis. Further studies are warranted to elucidate the long term viability of Ch-EVAR grafts in the suprarenal, paravisceral aortic position.
