Present study demonstrates moderate intra- and inter-rater reliabilities obtained with the AY assessment method for Japanese children with CUCLP. Nasolabial profile standard ambiguity may lead to the poor reliability of AY assessment. Addition of the BV feature does not improve overall reliability.
