A previously unknown mechanism of interaction between two heterogeneous grafts (xenograft and thin free gingival graft) was revealed, which determined neoangiogenesis by the traditional method (from the center to the periphery), and by the proposed method (from the periphery to the center). Understanding the wound process is necessary for the purpose of further correction of the surgical technique for the best restoration of the vascular network and an increase in the success rate of operations.
