Resection of a huge calcified chronic subdural haematoma: case report.

We described a rare case of a huge calcified chronic subdural haematoma with a history over 20 years. During craniotomy, the part of the inner membrane of the haematoma adhering to the cortex was cut into small blocks. The brain fully re-expanded after 6 months.
