Efficacy of Virtual Preparation Simulators Compared to Traditional Preparations on Phantom Heads.

Virtual simulators do not seem to be as good when it comes to practicing for a preparation exam or clinical preparation, especially for unexperienced students. However, they still appear to be useful as an additional tool for introducing students to the topic of preparation.
