We have read with great interest the article by Jucaud et al. (1) reporting that de novo donor-specific HLA antibodies (dnDSA) development during immunosuppression (IS) withdrawal in liver transplantation (LT) was associated with acute rejection and prevented further attempts of IS withdrawal.
