Anophthalmic contracted socket secondary to significant history of multiple PG excision (> 5 times) and secondary to enucleation/evisceration were associated with good surgical outcome. Cryopreserved ultra-thick human amniotic membrane is an ideal material for the management of anophthalmic socket contracture.
