Clinical picture of tuberculous perivisceritis does not have specific symptoms. The disease is characterized by prolonged and undulating course. Acute peritonitis and acute intestinal obstruction may be suspected during exacerbation of the pathological process. Laparotomy followed by complete excision of fibrous capsule and adhesiolysis is preferred.
