Molluscum contagiosum should be considered in the differential diagnosis of conjunctival lesions in patients with impaired immunity such as oGVHD. In diagnosing MC lesions, in vivo confocal microscopy proves to be valuable. In the absence of topical antiviral treatment, surgical excision is warranted.
