Good performance of syphilis rapid diagnostic test kits among young key populations in Thailand.

Syphilis RDTs have high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing syphilis. It should be considered for use in sexual health clinics with high syphilis prevalence to initiate treatment promptly.
