[Impact of staffing on the results of treatment among surgical patients. Statistical study].

We confirmed the hypothesis about correlation of in-hospital mortality and staffing of surgical personnel. Validation of scientific data requires further studies with multivariate analysis of various covariates. Long-term prospects of surgical personnel policy in Russia are associated with formulation of specific tasks for surgical services at each level of surgical care.
