Age showed a significant correlation in the order of LT, ACD and AL. With age, angle alpha and kappa increased, and total corneal astigmatism changes from WTR to ATR, which is mainly affected by changes in anterior corneal astigmatism. AL showed a significant correlation in the order of ACD, AK, PK, and TK. These data are pertinent for improving the result after cataract surgery, especially when using premium intraocular lens.
