Depending on the individual's clinical presentation, ROM and therapeutic exercise may be implemented to optimize function. Incorporating progressive resistive and aerobic exercises into a rehabilitation plan may improve mobility and aerobic capacity. As such, clinicians should consider resistance and aerobic exercise prescription as part of a long-term treatment plan for children with CP.
