Characterizing and Predicting Post-Acute Sequelae of SARS CoV-2 infection (PASC) in a Large Academic Medical Center in the US.

In our study, we used commonly available EHR data to uncover PASC-predisposing phenotypes and integrate findings in Phenotype Risk Scores (PheRS) to identify a large proportion of COVID-19 survivors at increased risk for PASC.
