Prevalence of Renal Masses Suspected of Malignancy and Adrenal Incidentalomas in Patients With Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm.

In the described cohort, the renal and adrenal tumors were relatively common findings among patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm and thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysms type II-IV. Both anaesthesiologists and surgeons should be vigilant about the possibility of such coexistence in order to provide the patients with the best possible perioperative care and an optimal surgical modality.
