Pregnancy Outcome in Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

The proportion of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, PROM, low birth weight babies, low APGAR score at 5 min was found to be higher, but the proportion of GDM, miscarriage, preterm delivery, meconium stained liquor, caesarean delivery, small for gestational age/IUGR, macrosomia, PPROM, perinatal mortality, NICU admission and congenital anomalies was found to be either similar or lower in pregnant women with PCOS in our study to those described in the general pregnant population.
