The results demonstrated the direct anti-tumor effect of granzyme B-and TRAIL and its enhanced potential of B cells to inhibit tumor cell growth after activation with IL-21 and anti-BCR. This study is the first study dealing with immunomodulation in the canine tumor micro-environment.
