This case highlights the idea that patients with a congenital hypocoagulability stated as haemophilia may be protected against COVID-19 hypercoagulability-related adverse effects. Thromboprophylaxis with low-molecular-weight heparin should be evaluated in patients with hemophilia and COVID-19 disease.
