Left Internal Mammary Artery Operative Topography for MIDCAB and TECAB Procedures.

Based on the detailed surgical anatomy of LIMA, it was concluded that the fourth intercostal space should be considered as an appropriate approach for MIDCAB or TECAB in the studied region.
