Considering the aforementioned, isatin derivatives represents a novel framework for creating targeted InhA inhibitors during anti-TB therapy. However, experimental validations and in-depth analyses are crucial to confirm efficacy and safety of these derivatives as potential InhA inhibitors for TB treatment.
