Laryngeal carcinoma demonstrates a unique pattern of inflammatory infiltrates, with significant changes in cell counts and distribution. Leucocyte infiltrates increased significantly in the transition from laryngeal pre-malignant lesion to malignancy while no significant differences were seen between benign and pre-malignant lesions.
