Carbon dioxide ablative laser treatment of acquired junctional melanocytic nevi.

CO2 laser is effective in completely removing small acquired junctional melanocytic nevus. Furthermore, dermatoscopy appears to be helpful for monitorization of the nevi in the follow-up period.
