The change in the posterior-anterior radii ratio was not influenced by the type of refractive surgery performed, as indicated by statistically identical preoperative, postoperative, and delta values. In addition, the posterior cornea exhibited paracentral flattening after LASIK, SMILE, and PRK and increased oblateness after LASIK and SMILE.
