Bio-C, MTA-HP and WMTA stimulate fibroblast proliferation, leading to the formation of collagen-rich capsules. FGF-1 and IL-10 may mediate the remodelling of capsules around Bio-C, MTA-HP and WMTA bioceramic materials.
