Risk Factors of Severe Blastomycosis and Comparison of Diagnosis and Outcomes between Immunocompetent and Immunocompromised Patients.

Pulmonary multilobar disease, obesity, diabetes mellitus, and immunosuppression were risk factors associated with severe blastomycosis. Immunocompromised patients required more frequent hospitalizations compared to immunocompetent patients.
