Arthroscopically Assisted Reduction and Internal Fixation of a Displaced Posterior Glenoid Fracture: A Case Report.

Arthroscopically facilitated fixation of glenoid fractures has been reported in the literature with excellent clinical outcomes. However, arthroscopic reduction and screw fixation of a posterior intra-articular glenoid fracture (Ideberg type Ib), to our knowledge, has not been previously published. The unique benefits of arthroscopic screw fixation are discussed.
