Secondary involvement of skin and subcutaneous tissues by hematologic malignancies often present with multiple palpable masses showing the following ultrasound features: (1) subcutaneous fat infiltration, (2) hypoechoic foci with a hyperechoic background, and (3) abundant vascularity.
