The results of this subgroup analysis on patients from Russia showed high effectiveness of repeated cycles of BoNT-A injections as part of the integrated upper limb spasticity management conducted in real life settings, both in terms of reduction of muscle tone and correction of functional impairment, which contributes to the successful achievement of the treatment goals. The right choice of individual patient-centred treatment goals and methods for assessing their achievement are important components of the treatment and rehabilitation process for patients with spastic paresis of the upper limb.
