Usefulness of videourodynamic study in the decision-making of surgical intervention and bladder management for neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction among patients with myelomeningocele.

VUDS can be used to comprehensively assess lower and upper urinary tract dysfunction among patients with MMC. To improve NLUTD and prevent complications, minimally invasive therapies or surgical procedures should be recommended to patients with MMC who have low bladder compliance.
