[Intraluminal endoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of fluid collections in acute pancreatitis].

Intraluminal surgery is possible not only for homogeneous delimited fluid collections, but also for advanced lesions including infected destructions. This approach allows us to consider endoscopic intraluminal drainage as the final minimally invasive method of surgical treatment of pancreatic necrosis. Its effectiveness is up to 45.8%.
